Essential Duties
1. Generally, services clients including new account set up, account and/or fund transfers, wire requests, directives to money managers and custodians, preparing partnership documents, gathering AML identity documents, drafting of letters for clients regarding assignments and re-registrations, establishing standing instructions for accounts with recurring distributions and/or contributions as needed.
2. Assists Advisors and Relationship Managers in the coordination of raising cash for private investment capital calls, distributions, and other cash needs.
3. Works with custodians
Job Duties
• Assists with transaction reconciliation when necessary.
• Updates client information such as new address, name change, beneficiary changes, etc. in a timely manner in the CRM and other databases.
• Attends client and prospect meetings with investment advisors as requested.
• Analyzes and resolves quality and customer service problems.
• Proactively seeks ways to improve process efficiency and maximizing the use of our software tools as it relates to your responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with three to five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience working in brokerage and/or trading.
This role requires an understanding of investment compliance, different investment product types, investment terminology, and experience with alternative investments/Limited Partnership investments.
Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations
This position does not require any certificates, licenses, or registrations.

This position does not require travel.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers and. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through written correspondence and verbally with clients and others who engage with Allium.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Computer Skills
The job requires specialized computer skills. Must be adept at using various applications including using databases, using spreadsheets, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing, communicating by e-mail, and using scheduling software. Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Orion, Schwab and Salesforce is a plus.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
